Since 2023, invoicing the Luxembourg State means sending over the Peppol network — there is no upload portal. The EU has locked in e-invoicing for cross-border B2B, and Luxembourg's domestic mandate is on the horizon.

Most invoicing tools give you a PDF. This one gives your company a real Peppol address, produces the EN 16931 XML the law names, and delivers it into your customer's accounting system — with proof.

Questions companies ask

Do my customers need anything to receive Peppol invoices?
If they are on the Peppol network (any modern accounting package, and every public body), we find them by VAT number. If not, your invoice still goes out the classic way — a legally complete PDF by email.
Is this legal for Luxembourg accounting?
The documents carry every mandatory mention — sequential number, VAT breakdown per rate, RCS, business permit — and issued invoices are immutable, with corrections via credit notes. Have your fiduciary confirm your VAT regime; the software enforces whichever applies.
Where is my data?
In your own separate database on European servers — not mixed into anyone else's. Nightly backups include your ledger and every issued PDF.
Can I leave?
Any time. Your invoices export as PDF and as UBL XML, and your data is yours on request.
What does the beta mean?
