Everything a Luxembourg invoice legally needs
— without knowing what that is
The rules are built in, so the invoice that comes out is right the first time.
Luxembourg VAT, resolved for you
Domestic 17 / 14 / 8 / 3 %, intra-Community reverse charge, export, franchise — picked from your customer, with the required legal mention printed in their language.
Peppol & UBL e-invoicing
Every invoice exports as EN 16931 / Peppol BIS 3.0 XML, and sends over the Peppol network in one click. Mandatory for invoicing the State since 2023; B2B is next.
Gapless legal numbering
Numbers are drawn only when a document is issued and never reused, never skipped — the sequence the tax authority expects to see.
Documents in your customer's language
Invoices, quotes and reminders in French, German or English, dates and legal text included. You work in one interface; each customer reads their own.
Late payers, chased automatically
Three reminder levels on your schedule, ending with statutory interest and the €40 recovery fee under Luxembourg law — claimed from businesses only, as the law says.
Quotes, contracts, recurring billing
Send a quote, convert it on acceptance. Put maintenance and hosting on monthly or yearly contracts and the drafts write themselves.
SEPA QR on every invoice — customers scan and pay, reference included.
Issued means immutable — corrections go through credit notes, the way auditors expect.
Nightly backups — your ledger and every issued PDF, archived automatically.
The part everyone will need
Peppol is coming for every invoice.
You can be early, or scrambling.
Since 2023, invoicing the Luxembourg State means sending over the Peppol network — there is no upload portal. The EU has locked in e-invoicing for cross-border B2B, and Luxembourg's domestic mandate is on the horizon.
Most invoicing tools give you a PDF. This one gives your company a real Peppol address, produces the EN 16931 XML the law names, and delivers it into your customer's accounting system — with proof.
-
1

It gets its legal number and its XML twin, automatically.
-
2
Press “Send via Peppol”
We address it by your customer's VAT number — no setup on their side to find them.
-
3
Delivered, with a receipt
The transmission id lands on the invoice. No spam folder, no “we never got it”.
One plan. Everything in it.
While we're in beta, everything is free — founding companies keep a preferential price afterwards.

Questions companies ask
- Do my customers need anything to receive Peppol invoices?
- If they are on the Peppol network (any modern accounting package, and every public body), we find them by VAT number. If not, your invoice still goes out the classic way — a legally complete PDF by email.
- Is this legal for Luxembourg accounting?
- The documents carry every mandatory mention — sequential number, VAT breakdown per rate, RCS, business permit — and issued invoices are immutable, with corrections via credit notes. Have your fiduciary confirm your VAT regime; the software enforces whichever applies.
- Where is my data?
- In your own separate database on European servers — not mixed into anyone else's. Nightly backups include your ledger and every issued PDF.
- Can I leave?
- Any time. Your invoices export as PDF and as UBL XML, and your data is yours on request.
- What does the beta mean?
- The product is complete and in daily use. Beta means it's free while the first companies shape the roadmap — and that you'll talk to the person who builds it.
